Reached out to them and explained that I needed refund for the drink they forgot to send. CS is all talk but there were no resolution to this. They probably don't do refunds 😂 hilarious. Don't bother downloading the app. Grab and FoodPanda is available, quick refunds. Plus the UI/UX for this app is not user friendly, if there is a need for the customer to reach out dapat email pa. There should be a chat box for the shop to see if something is wrong with your order.

I can't order multiple items bc of the 10 kg. weight restrictions with PandaGo. If you can disable this feature, I will give this a 5 star but if you continue the limitations I'd rather give it 1-0 stars. Who would want to enjoy with this kind of limitations, it's annoying and frustrating. I can't even order 1 Mega Size bc it exceeds the 10kg weight limit. Did you really measure the right weight? 12.8 kg in a Mega Size (1 liter) drink is absurd, how the hell did you measure this?!

Reported (through the e-mail) an incorrect order delivered. Yup they acknowledged it, said thank you for raising it, but no explanation. Just an apology. That's it. Oh well. Also, my delivery orders get cancelled about 7 out of 10 times that I tried ordering delivery and through different branches and different times of the day. Idk what the issue is because they don't tell you. They just cancel it. I don't even order during rainy days and only when the weather is good.
