Ratings and reviews

Had a wonderful experience booking our Singapore family holiday with Pick your trail. The entire process was smooth and well-organized, from visa support, transfers and activities. The main positive I noted was the team was very responsive & supportive at all stages which made the trip easy and hassle-free. The app has some bugs, needs to be rectified. Overall, excellent experience with Pick your trail service.

We had a wonderful experience with Pickyourtrail, and this was our second trip with them. From the booking process right until the end of the trip, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The package was also offered at a very reasonable cost. We have all the details and documents in the app itself which is anytime available during our trip.. overall good experience

I'm rating the app for now. Trip is upcoming so not in a point to review that. 1. App is very very very slow. It takes forever to load. Definitely not network. 2. Voucher list section has bugs. It shows view all sometimes and sometimes not. Sometimes you see combined vouchers, sometimes separate, sometimes separate and view all section. 3. Pickup and dropoff defenitely some wrong timings shown in vouchers shared and something else in cards. Maybe timezone issue. Not sure. 4. Chat app not reliab
