This app is a game changer! The Pikmykid app is super easy to navigate and to comprehend. It allows parents to change their child's school pick up preferences conveniently from their mobile device. It's great because I longer need to visit or call the school office for assistance. I use the Pikmykid parent app for car line and schedule changes. It's definitely a must have for parents on the go!

The original app worked great. I switched over to the newer version of the app as requested by pikmykid in an email. It has been frustrating. I can announce my arrival for my child, then when the announced for screen pulls up, it is always blank. This is problematic. If I forget the card I place in my window to pick up my son, I can't show the teachers who I announced for. I submitted a ticket March 8th and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still doesn't work. When will it be fixed?

Very unreliable. Kids disappear and reappear randomly.... Well not exactly random. Just opposite of what you need. I designate kids to someone, their phone gets a notification saying I've designated them but my kids are not in their app. If the kids happen to show up in the app when I designate them, then they are gone by the time they get to the school. Also made a 4 day recurring pickup. Decided to change it. The first day doesn't have a change button. Hasn't worked right yet.
