Q2. What are the standards and basis for calculating the combined evaluation score?
A2) Based on the ‘2020 Korean Nutrient Intake Standards’ provided by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and data provided by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and the Korea Food and Drug Administration, the score is calculated through various standards (adequate intake of nutrients, balanced intake of nutrients from various body parts, presence or absence of intake of harmful ingredients, etc.) to ensure the most efficient intake of nutrients in collaboration with a Filamento pharmacist.

Q3. Do you have information about overseas products?
A3) Yes. Not only domestic nutritional products but also foreign nutritional products (including direct purchase products) are registered.

Q4. Is there a way to find out information about products that are not registered in the app?
A4) Please send the product name and product photo to Filamentor's official email ([e-mail]) or contact us through the inquiry button within the app. We will notify you by PUSH message after completing product registration within up to 24 hours. ‘Filamento’ will always strive to minimize customer inconvenience.
