This is a very handy tool for any IT personnel or PC hobbyist. Easier to use on the fly than Puppy Linux or Kali Linux. I bought a range extender from the company. And this app helped me debug my network topology.
Handy for checking 2.4ghz channel interference and some other metrics but wouldn't pick up on active WiFi connections and does not support 5ghz bands.
I installed on my Google Nexus 5X. Everyone I launch it, it crashes.
Works well but says "Not Connected" even though my phone is connected.
Sortof Works & Pretty but Klunky Compared to WiFi Analyzer, this looks like it has similar features presented nicely, but its information is often not useable. For one example, the line graph has no labels identifying the access points. It also has obvious bugs, including never acknowledging that I am connected to my wireless network. I haven't tried the widget, but I presume that might be a reason to try this one over others.
Fantastic & very useful Fantastic – this thing works great, I use to find any low signal areas within the house and adjust my router or antennas according to the pattern it shows. It’s ‘pretty easy to isolate dead spots in the house with this app, it also shows me the neighborhood signals and who’s routers are bumping into mine as well the channel they are on. Very handy and useful – so far tops the others I have seen by a mile.
