Extremely disappointing experience with the Pincode app. My order was canceled by the customer care executive without my consent after I had already been waiting for over an hour. The rider was completely unresponsive and unprofessional — didn’t bother to call or update the status. It took 1 hour 15 minutes for the app to even show that the order was canceled. Poor coordination between customer support and delivery team. Highly unreliable service.

Hello Pincode, I am very disappointed with your app. It was showing the first 3 orders at 50% off, but after adding the products to my cart, I am unable to apply the coupon. I have only placed one order 3 days ago, and now it's not showing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Worst app and worst customer service ever! Customer support is not providing proper solutions. While ordering food, they first showed 12 minutes, then after placing the order it changed to 23 minutes. After another 10–12 minutes, they updated it again saying it would take 36 more minutes to deliver. What kind of service is this?
