Dont know if it works. Well you can allways take 5gig of random data or 2gig and justs copy to storage untill full thats the first write. Then change the data for a different pattern do it again and then change it again slighly so not to overwrite with same data sequence for a third time. There you have it your GABBAGE HAS BIN ERASED. If you dont Trust it use some Brains and throw it in the INCINERATA OR SLEDGE HAMMA.
Take care Only use this when selling. I have root and apps linked to SD with Link2SD. Apps stopped working after wipe!
Seems to work After performing a factory reset on my malfunctioning Nexus 5 (Kit Kat 4.4.4) I ran another app that ran for 2 seconds, then indicated it was done ($.99 wasted). This app ran for 11 minutes and showed progress as it ran through the 32 gig internal storage. If this app is also a fake, it is a much better fake and I got screwed for free! It seems to do the job but since being connected to my PC it isn't possible for Recuva (or Eraser) to access the storage volume, it isn't possible to verify that it worked with these simple tools. Maybe the NSA will let me know after Google gets their phone back? (Like they haven't already rooted around in it like a pig through slop) Storage is non-removable (like the battery, supposedly) in the Nexus 5 and it doesn't accept an SD card. Do a factory reset first!
It works As the title says. It does exactly as it says. I had a lot of pictures and movies that I thought was deleted only to stumble across a program that recovered them. This program got rid of all of them with only one pass too...nice: ) this deserves all the stars, I have found nothing wrong with it. Well done...:)
It did SOMETHING DiskDigger was still able to populate deleted files. However, the list was different, so i can say the app at least rotated some of the blocks. Still, not very useful app.
Crash at start up I downloaded and installed the application without any problems, however it won't open, every time I try to start it it crashes and asks me to send a error report. I am running a Samsung S5 with Android 4.4.2, which is the latest for my device. I was looking forward to testing this completely FREE application.
