I'm very disappointed in what this app has become. I've been using it since it was completely free. It has recently become useless. I can't get trails to render on the map. It will not download data which is one of the reasons I pay the subscription. My confidence with this app in new unfamiliar trails is gone. I can't count on Trailforks to get me in or out of trail systems safely.

This app is indispensable for me as I ride lots of new places and this is how I find trails. While it doesn't list all the trails, there are enough to get around and explore the "secret" trails. Besides, adding new trails is up to the users not the app. Sure, app was great when free, but a free ride does not last forever! With 5G I have no issues with performance. I just read a lot of reviews complaining about cost. This is less than my surf app and no one complains about the cost of that app.

I really want this to be good, but the app isn't very user friendly. Also, both the app and the desktop version are super laggy and freeze up constantly. I know it's not my devices because it happened on both my old phone and now my new one. No difference on home computer and work computer too. Edit: This lagging and glitching is getting worse. It's not just the app. It's also the desktop version. It's obviously the service overall You guys need to get this together.
