I'm not able to update my App! I have checked the compatibility and my phone is compatible, but the App keeps saying to update. The App is frozen and I can't access my account. It also tells me that my password is incorrect and it doesn't let me try forgotten password reset! Very frustrating!!!

Everything, in my opinion is perfect, other than not being able to do an update I'm prompted to do each time I log in, I just opt to do update later... Something I wish I could do is name each account... Otherwise I love the app!
