Since the app switched to a new developer, I am unable to access any of my information. Cannot login, as I have no credentials, nor am I able to create an account, as the app states I do have an account, yet there's no way for me to attain the information to access it. Beyond disappointed with this change. Considering changing pharmacies, which I hate to do.

App allows me to refill prescriptions, that's great. BUT that's about it. Messages haven't loaded since Feb. I get a new message notification, and then nothing loads on the app. Would be better if, at least, the available options worked.

The messaging function does not work. I get a notification saying I have been sent a message, but no message is visible in the thread. App says meds are available for refill, but then the pharmacy says it is too early. Need to be able to see a refill history or at least the date it was last filled.
