Enrolment with CityZipCorp is two-step process, very easy and user friendly. Just register with your name, authorized organization email id and mobile number. You will receive default password on your mobile based on your organization transit policy. It is mandatory for your organization to have a transit contract signed with CityzipCorp or its affiliated subsidiary / fleet service provider or partnered company.
Registered user can easily purchase new pass using booking option and check their trip using ‘My Trip’ option which generate boarding pass for your each planned trip, either for pickup or drop. You can always check planned fleet schedule details with important details like – current status, standard time of arrival (STA), expected time of arrival (ETA). You can also track your fleet on map surface to know the current location. You can also cancel your trip in case you have change in the plan.
Very Important!! You can always use ‘PANIC’ button during your planned transition for any emergency situations. You will get service based on your location from your vehicle provider company location. They will contact you for further support and help.
