I have tried to like this software but it over complicates. Payment system is very unintuitive and I since have zero interest in football, I am just here to support my child so all I need is easy and simple, who, what, where and when....so painful...even a message I got from their support staff made no sense. Avoid....too much hassle.

Sync with your Calendar doesn't update if the organiser changes the time of the event. If you are in more than one 'group' you get the same message over and over again. You can't clear the whole inbox. If there is a double event on the same day you can't be available for one, both or nothing. All in all quite annoying.

It was very complex to set up two juniors as players and two parents as, well, parents and sort out how subs were paid without two lots of payments. I'm told uts easier for club volunteers which is good. As parents of junior players its 10x more complicated. In a club with umpteen teams, until you eventually work out how to turn off all the irrelevant notifications its overwhelming. You are not asked which notifications you want when you set up the account, you have to work it out yourself.
