decent app, needs a review and rating system for resutrants tho. and a better support system theres not much support if the order is wrong or items missing etc

My son ordered food from Chicago's tonight using this app. Order was wrong. Rang the shop, not answering the phone at all. No where did it say items were not available. No contact at all from them, not even on delivery to ask if we wanted refund or change items. 1 person has not food to eat. No customer service or anyway to speak about a wrong order. We use Rossendale eats to support local but this is a huge drawback to this app. There are no -☆ ratings

I want to support local businesses but I'm giving up on this app outside a couple of places I can trust. No way to give bad reviews as once the bandits have your money doesn't matter if your order is right or not. Couldn't care less and the app gives no way of being partly reimbursed, or to leave negative reviews. Use justeat or any other food app rather then this one.
