This is a good setup to get started all it needs now is a fitness tracker and the ability to adjust the workout or a way enter in the weight, reps and sets you are working with. Not a one stop shop. The bonus is a diet plan pretty limited. Not something I'd call a coach but a good starting point.

Hey guys... if you are not getting result from your current workout. I suggest you choose anyone workout from "Gym Coach" app like mass built, lean, six pack for 3 months. follow your workout and diet plan and avoid junk food & hard drinks. Seriousely you will get amazing result. I am using this app from last 3 years. Thanx to pixoplay team... for make it better with new version.

It is helpful but the exercises are limited, thus making easier to plateau. It could definitely use a workout monitor to ensure you are always training at your optimal level
