Torn Currency app will enable you to
1. Split your secret and create two qr codes out ot it
2. You can store these qr codes separately or share it with someone.
3. No one can get your secrets if they do not have both the qr codes.
4. You can scan both the qr codes to get back your secret.
This is a completely offline app. Other than sharing your qr code, you will not need to connect to internet for using this app. That means, your secrets are not going out of your device and safe with you.
