I wish to give it 5 Stars. The app is very useful and it works when you need it most to work, but there's a bug in the software. When a notification is displayed, if you click on the notification the app opens to the main page but it doesn't load to the information displayed. From there, you are better off not tapping on the notification because finding the information is very difficult in this app.

Terrible app very bad experience I advise you not to go to qatar with this hayya card I have booked hotel and formula 1 tickets and all the sudden they have rejected the application even though it's have been extended until 1.2024 and when you need help they send you the same mail with no explanation you have to try again after 30 days but the formula 1 is almost in 30 days, it's scam guys don't book hotels or flight tickets, even if hayya card is approved they can reject you with no reasons

The application is not working properly, i tried uploading my passport multiple times but it's saying cannot extract data from given picture upload another picture. I tried to get in touch with the support dropped emails to them but no response. This is ridiculous. My details were already uploaded and approved at the time of fifa but again they are asking me to upload my documents. I tried uploading but the application sucks.
