ordered a book for the first time last month. wanted a special keepsake to remember my daughters graduation. found the app easy to use. I was really impressed with the quality of the book when it arrived. the price was fantastic as well. also like the upgrade options as well. the book was free, all I paid was P&P and for a little upgrade. I will be ordering more from here

first time ordered book arrived and surpassed my expectations, easy to upload, rearrange photos, add shape frames and submit order, the quality is outstanding and cost unbelievable for a beautiful book of pictures. I have already ordered another, makes great gifts and so lovely to have photo memories in a book.

Great app in theory, but the delivery is awful! I paid for rush delivery over Christmas, and it got pushed back a few days, so I applied for a refund, which I received. When it still didn't arrive, I ordered a reprint. It was supposed to come on 8th Jan but was pushed back one day and still didn't arrive! It's now saying it won't come until 14th Jan. This is incredibly frustrating, and I don't want to keep reprinting this book! There isn't even a customer service number I can call.
