Update: I thought I'd try the app again because it really would be convenient if it works. I'm immediately deleting it again because it STILL doesn't give me the option to add almond butter under the "Extras" menu. However, it does seem to finally function like one would expect a modern app to function. *Pls note: I had to reduce my original review due to character limitations. I can't add in almond butter. It doesn't remember my previous order, so I have to start from scratch every time.

Unfortunately, this app is useless for me. There's no way to order my favorite smoothie, Crazy Bee (add orange sherbet). They need to have a 'create your own' option or at least offer all menu options, even the "secret" menu options. I even tried to customize a different smoothie to make it similar to the one I want, but when I tried to substitute two different ingredients I was only able to pick one substitute for the two. So now I keep missing out on earning rewards.

This apps trash. It used to be fine, and I'd order ahead all the time, but now they've changed it. which basically means you have to confirm your pick-up location, but you can't because the bar covers the confirm button. You have to add the payment method during checkout, but you can't because there is no way to confirm your payment. You can't find half the menu, not that there is much to pick from since they removed most of the options. There's no point in going here anymore with all the issues
