Does what it says on the tin Developer has now fixed the timing issues on some devices and it's working fine. Useful personal trainer mode for gradually increasing the time you hold your plank. Planks are important for posture and core; the core is supposed to hold the body straight, so static exercises like planks are important. Make sure you are steadily improving by small increments with this app.
Good training tool, but lacks some features I tried a few plank training apps to improve the amount of time I could hold a plank for, and found this to be one of the better ones. However, I do feel that it lacks a lot of features that are found in similar, free training ups for squats, push ups etc: - it would be good to be able to track progress and view completed plank times on a progress chart or similar, or even just view completed training records as a list - When you complete the plank, it asks you if it was too hard, too easy, or just right. When you select "just right", rather than challenge you and increase the hold time a little for the next plank, the time for your next plank remains the same. This is a different set up to what I have found with many other apps, where if you tell it that you found the difficulty level "just right", it will then challenge you the next time. As a result, I was finding myself telling the app that the plank I'd just completed was "easy peasy" in order to challenge myself on the next level of difficulty for myself, when really I'd found the plank time to be "just right" as I needed the app to be a workout tool that would gradually push me beyond what I was already capable of.
Worth the buck I just wish that you had more than just 3 plank workouts other than that it's great《~:
Love it. Nice easy to use tool. But like any tool, you have to have the discipline to use it.

Nice timer My goal was 1:06 and seemed much longer so i set another timer...1:06 on this app was about 2:15???
- Timer now fixed. Revamp using a totally new timer system.
- Clear Combo Screens.
