FEATURE REQUEST - This is Great for finding headset if turned on. Please add feature to FIND YOUR PHONE. Maybe something like hold the button in for 3 seconds then your phone rings like an incoming phone call no matter it is on do not disturb. Maybe this requires the phone to send a message over the internet to a service that calls phone twice to overcome do not disturb? Just used find my headset again, love this feature. Pls make it even more useful as above.

I've been a Plantronics customer for many, many years. Over the years, I have purchased over a dozen new earpieces of varying styles - just to try the newest versions and judge how they compare to the original Voyager Legend. Unfortunately, I've been somewhat disappointed with my last few purchases. The earpieces, theirselves, work marvelously. However, the Plantronics Hub app leaves some important features to-be-desired. For example, I often misplace my earpiece and never seem to realize it until just before I'm on my way out the door to a meeting. I end up scouring the house for it - only to find it in the most obscure location it could possibly have been. The "Find My Headset" function NEVER proves useful in assisting to locate the missing item. All I ever receive is a message stating "Media Audio Connection Required. Please manually enable media audio for the headset you are trying to find." I'm not computer-illiterate. I am a programmer by-trade. So, it seems this process should not be so difficult. Being able to locate a missing earpiece is a basic feature for which many people would wish to utilize the app. I can only imagine the frustration of the average user.

So far so good! I "lost" my headset for the umpteenth time - but this time, I'd bought one that could connect to this app and do a phone search. Heads up! If you're hitting the 'send signal' button and your phone is on DND (Do Not Disturb) you must turn that off, or the headset will not beep. Also, won't make sound if it's off. But in that case, the, "Backtrack" feature was REALLY helpful!
