Ratings and reviews

This game is great except for 2 things. The more significant one is connectivity issues. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm on wifi or not, or how strong the signal is. Sometimes it just disconnects for no apparent reason or it sometimes freezes while loading a match. The other, less frequent issue is occasionally, on a simple shot, with no wind, you can set up your shot, use standard power, no curl, hit it perfect, and the ball goes in some other direction. It's not often, but it does happen.

Rookie's Beware! Fun to begin with, but if you have too much success early, then you get paired with people that have played 10k+ games and are Master level, meaning they have all the best equipment, despite having a low trophy count. It's almost impossible to win or even have fun without spending tons of money to be competitive. Oh, and they also have balls that can help them drive 700+ yards...ridiculous! Winds are also messed up! The physics does not correlate to the balls and shots.

Was fun until I ran out of in-game money and the only option was to buy more. This is more of a free trial and then pay-as-you-play type of game and it looks to be very expensive unless you're good at the game. Played again and this time I spend half of my time waiting for other player during disconnects. If you start to win, they just drop off and you're stuck twiddling your thumbs for 60 seconds waiting for them to reconnect or more often it times out.
