I preordered this and have yet to get it connected to the app once. It looks like it'd be a solid product if it'd just connect for once. I've crossed the pacific in less time than I've spent going through your very small database of support's process for troubleshooting pairing this thing. Give us more options in pairing. Keep your automated but add an advanced set of options too... hide it in the app if you need to. I cant tell if its the firmware, software version, toggled permissions.

Neck lock is weak. Always trying to get a connection. Doesn't update. Often lags/delays between notes and amp. Sometimes it works as a medi, but chances are you lose any guitar sound once you use it as a medi. Again as a medi the pedals on the phone don't really go though to the computer. Also if you don't use often battery will just die. So kinda have to plug it in everytime you want to use it anyways.

Hi, Recently I have purchased Jammy guitar and managed to put all the pieces in place but when I play the instrument I was quite disappointed as it didn't reach to my minimum expectations as you guys feature in your promotional videos. I tried updating till the version it fix some issues with ableton and even tried tweaking some settings to adjust sensitivity but nothing works well for me.. I still have drop notes when I play in moderate speed. Can hammer or pull off properly. Alot of lag
