Ratings and reviews

The app is glitchy and will refresh the page you are on as you are trying to scroll through to view the lines. It will jump to the top or bottom of the page or randomly refresh, and you lose your spot. It's really annoying. Also would like to be able to change what my regular bet amount is. Having it place $50 automatically in the Bet amount is ridiculous and has cause me to place bets I didn't want to place multiple times.

The promos aren't bad, but the app is nearly worthless. Every time you select something there is a loading screen, and it makes navigating the app painfully slow. When you actually get to the wager screen, it's actually pretty easy to make selections and apply rewards. Having to constantly reload everything is super tedious.

Customer service is terrible. Was unable to use my last new customer bets because of an error on their end that they acknowledged after a few days of them telling me it was my problem. They couldn't even rectify it by restoring the bonus bets that expired because their system is broke. Also when you try and make a parlay the list resets or something and sends you to the bottom or top of the page so you have to scroll all the way back to where you were trying to add a leg to your parlay.
