OK so I've played on this for a couple of years. The good point is occasionally, very occasionally you can get a good win. However, most of the time it's truly terrible, like hundreds of pounds into the same machine without a hint of a bonus. Sometimes it defies the odds and somehow manages to make you lose even if you're almost nailed on for a good win. Customer service is down the pan too. Wouldn't really recommend it. Only writing this to get my free spins...(may as well get something from it) It's not the best app I have had problems with it glitching alot and there not always clear on the kickers some u can only use once even though is doesn't state that, I did also have problems with withdrawing money took over 2 weeks because of verification but got there in the end. AVOID! Good range of games but they actively make it as hard as possible to withdraw winnings, to the point I am lodging a complaint with the Gaming Commission. Update in response to the comment - this was not just a verification issue. This was extended delays in processing payments, failure of support to action requests, and on one occasion an excessively long (4+ days) time to review a submitted document. Other operators provide a far better and timely service.
