Ratings and reviews

First, I really like the many aquariums, adventures and match 3 puzzles. I have spent some money to get energy for the adventures when I get stuck on a hard puzzle. Second, I am disappointed that the fish eating everything and growing game is not anywhere In Fishdome. They should change the app picture and ads. I kept this game on my phone because I liked that plot, but I have yet to encounter it.

once you get past the beginner levels, you essentially have to pay to play. levels, even the green ones, are too difficult to pass without using multiple tools, gems for continued play, etc. I've only had this game a week and it's become too frustrating to play since lives take a very long time to renew and you have to have hundreds of tools or gems to continue to pass level after level. not worth it.

I'm giving it a one-star because of support. I've contacted support too many times of not being able to receive cards because they are not seen by other team members. Only resonse is from AI, and it's a known issue. There are 7 members of my team that are unseen to send cards to. I lost 180 gems and my super booster trying to get enough cards to finish hit the target this last weekend without team help. Please respond with an actual member from the development team
