I love this game and have played for many years, but The mountain campsite is frustrating right now. There was a glitch, they said it was fixed and they gave extra energy. Doesn't help if you are stuck on level 3 and the only task available is at 7. I have contacted support,, deleted the game and reinstalled twice, etc. Still no progression. Please fix. 😔

I love this game but in game support is atrocious. The mountain event issue reset a bunch of stuff for the event and left me stuck on level 4 with no ability to progress because the next step is a level 7 task that I'm not allowed to complete. Attempted to contact in game support twice and both times a bot responded telling me the mountain event issues had already been fixed then cut me off from sending anything else. Events help you earn in game power ups, when you're on level 2333 you need it.

Really disappointed in this current event. It's frozen and I have not been able to play that part for almost a week. I've unintstalled the app and restarted my device multiple times and I've contacted support. All they told me was that the issue has been corrected and to restart my device. Still not working amd support will no longer answer my messages
