Ratings and reviews

The game is a money grab now, whereas it wasn't a couple years ago. Support requires you to jump through hoops and then returns with "working as designed". If it was designed to delete my progress, I would like to vote that decision maker off the island! I also miss some of the minigames that broke it up, like the Gumball or Rollercoaster. The two types that alternate now, while refreshed with different looks, are the same mechanics. I don't recommend anymore and stopped buying the gold pass.

I usually like the game I've been playing for years but the glitches are getting annoying. My progress disappears and the help/support is pointless absolutely no help. I won't buy the golden ticket anymore, total waste of $ for a repetitive game. I'd also like to add that the annoying prompts don't let you bypass them. After playing for 7+ years I think I know when I want to do something. You ruined the game!

I've had a lot of fun playing it but reached the plateau where you have to spend dozens of dollars a week to move forward. For example, I have done the final stage of the snowman upgrade three times, paying all the dues and when I hit the final upgrade, it just disappears for me to do the seventh level again. And the cloud based gem game Above the Cliuds, level 118, is made so that you have to use dozens of power ups to get through and still cannot finish. Sad. I had my 2 sons playing too.
