Finally I wanted something I could do in the privacy of my own home that guided me through a good workout. This app is perfect for it. You can set it to however hard you want it to be and it's great for someone looking for the basics. I work up a great sweat and collapse on the couch exhausted without going too hard or doing something too simple and I'm losing weight and feeling stronger! Love this app to death:)
Great For Beginners I always used to eat but now I'm starting to do exercise. This app is great. You can choose your difficulty and rest time. I do this exercise everyday! Soon I'll have 💪 💪
It'd be better... If you could watch and read the instroction of every movement b4 starting the workout. On the other hand it requires the most capacity in comparison with other apps installed on my phone! But the most weak point is lackage of types of movements.
Amazing This app is amazing and keeps you in shape very well, I like the fact we can set a reminder for when to do it... The app is brilliant! Fair play! Highly recommended to anybody that wants to get in shape, it helped me, so it should help you!
Great for getting back into it I'm overweight and getting back into exercise and this has been great. Along with healthy eating I have lost 14 lbs in the last 5 weeks. I have had to adapt one of the exercises, just the push-ups to lady push-ups as I just can't do the normal ones but that's OK, it's flexible. I do like how it mixes the exercises up although not when it puts the jumping jacks at the end of the set 😭😝😄
Nice Sometimes I have one of those days where I need to workout because of what I eat. Like if I eat pizza, I'm desperate to workout, but with lots of school stuff and working at my job, I barely have time to workout. This app really helps me because it gets me getting up and doing something, even if its only for a few minutes. A few minutes is better than none. 😊 Only thing I wish I knew is how many calories I'm loosing. Still a nice app.
