This app is great for losing weight. You can feel the burn in the belly, thighs and legs. AMAZING!!!! It has a schedule/calendar/reminder tab and a settings tab where you can change the difficulty of your workout. Keep up the good work guys :)
Like it dont love it I really do like this app. I live the reminder feature, just wish it had a daily option instead of a generic. Completion of a workout is glitchy also. Get to final workout and it skips straightto the calendar saying complete. Overall though pretty good

I like it..if you add how much calorie a person can burn in a day by following easy, mediam and hard mode
This app would have been perfect but for one thing. I can't delete some exercises i don't want. I can't do all the exercises because of physical problems. I have to uninstall because of this.
To much of the app is about crunches and stuff should have more jogging on the spot not stuff I recommend mma 3 training
