After the Jan update, whole tubes disappear. Balls disappear behind each other, and those balls can't be moved from one tube to another. Add an extra tube and one tube disappears...whatever color balls were in that tube, are no longer available on screen, so it's impossible to complete the puzzle because you're left with only 3 each of those colored balls on screen. Wrote an email to the game developers about these issues, but no one acknowledged the email.

If you play the free game, and you solve a level, you MUST watch an ad BEFORE receiving your points. If you close the game instead of watching the ad then you'll have to play the same set-up over again. If you want anything fancy there's a monthly subscription of $10. You can buy un-do's or watch ads to earn them. One ad or one price would be ok but everything is either ad-ad-ad or pay-pay-pay. Uninstalling.

Great game. Except for a glitch where 2 tubes overlap & the only way to undo it is to get an extra tube every game. Also times the ads dont play so have to keep going back to request a tube again several times. Frustrated so uninstalled game. Disappointed.
