After playing this game for about two years, I've been more recently very disappointed. I purchased the Winter Pass, only for everything in the paid tier to still be locked. I've tried getting a refund through Google, but it said to contact the company, which I have through both Discord and email. Crickets. I'm not the only person who has this issue either. The game lags, force closes itself. There's also many glitches lately, like stuck customers, trash can't be picked up, and messy deliveries.

This game is becoming very boring. there is so much work that still needs to be done. We need more expansions for both the store and the storage, more food licenses, more counter upgrades, furniture styles, and more ways to customize our building. It's not as fun when you maxed out on all of the upgrades. I've been playing for a year and the valentine's Day theme has reset itself 4 times now since February. It's August. Time to update some new themes

I actually recommend. It's lots of fun, offline, NOT pay to play, and has little Easter eggs and fun things to do while waiting. I wish there were more things you could do in the city, but the BIGGEST thing I wished to be added is that you can see the records of what you bought and how much income you are making from each item. Other wose, super fun, minus that. You can have wifi on, but it does have adds every few minutes or so. Just turn it off.
