Brought membership.Worked great for a time.Now offline mode does not work at all.The car is my main way of listening on my way to work.Don't want to use all my data.in offline mode App. freezes & doesn't let me click & play my books.Emailed customer service and they said they are working on it but it's been two weeks. Also deleted and reinstalled the app with no luck.Not sure if it will be fixed ever. Works well when I'm online mode but not able to listen to as many books bc of this.
I was totally excited for a 30 day free trial, but 3 days (one of those days I did not even listen) and 7 hours into the book the trial asked me to pay to continue. I am not sure I want to pay to continue, due to the shadiness of the advertised 30 day free trial. I understood the certain limitations on the app in the trial phase, but not false advertising. I started reading the other reviews and there was one that really had me thinking this might not be for me, the person that got kicked off for listening too much. I listen to audio books while I work, so I listen a lot. Unlimited sounds great, but if there is actually a limit then they should change it to X hours a month instead. Being dishonest won't earn you good reviews or customers.
I signed up for the unlimited free access only to be shut off 5 chapters into a book. I clicked on where it said why am I getting cut off. It stated that they get charged if you go beyond a certain point. I guess that's not unlimited free access is it? I am one that would probably have signed up after the free trial. But I won't now.
THEY ARE MISLEADING. They say for legal reasons they cant let you enjoy a full premium free trial. You get half way through a book and they ask for money. Really? So do you only get to see half a movie as well? Strange way to gather customers. Also when I tried to cancel on the website and the app it won't let me. I think they should make it clear you that you dont really get a free trial. Its rather dishonest. I can't even find a phone number to call. So I guess I have to do it through my bank.
I did the 30 day trial, I think I'm still on it (not even worth the free trial) and I haven't been able to cancel it. I try to go on the website and once I log in, the page gets stuck. If you can please email me so I can cancel before the trial ends. I would hate to get charged for this.
Needs a lot of improvement. The content library is the most disappointing, as it seems to be a mediocre "grab bag" of media, with very few choices. If you want to listen to a book, they probably don't have it. Additionally, their classifications for exploring new content is odd, and kind of cumbersome to explore with. I really wish this wasn't so terrible, because the price is right.
