Ratings and reviews

It's a great way to connect to other players in the clubs that appear in the app. However there are certain features I wish it had. Some examples: 1. the option to specify the range yourself. 2. the possibility of changing players around whether it's a private or public match. 3. the possibly of changing a competitive to friendly and vice versa anytime before the commencement of the match. 4. to be able to select a day/time and move between clubs. and more...

I love the app, I use it a lot. My only complaint is that once you've reached 80+ games the algorithm doesn't really seem to do anything. No matter who you play, you will always get +0.03 when winning and that or 0.04 for loosing, which makes it impossible to change your ranking range and play different people. The other day I beat a couple of guys with significantly higher ranking and got +0.03! That's why a lot of people delete accounts and create new ones...

Went to the club to play playtomic match. But we had to cancel it because of rain. In the club they cancelled the match. 3 days later I opened the ticket to support to ask what is happening and when will the refund happen. Long story short this went as long as few weeks and now it's impossible to issue the refund. I did call the club and they said that they did cancel the match and don't even see it in their system anymore. Same thing happened 1 week after to my partner in another club.
