someone signed up with my email and your system is so bad that you don't even confirm if the email belongs to them. kept getting notifications from something I never signed up for. EDIT:I've tried, can't get past a bot EDIT2: Managed to speak to a human, tried to get my email banned from their system. they ignored it. instead their solution is: "ignore the emails sent due to a fraudster using your email. here's how to do cancel notifications.". i gave all the details of the location they use.

Was offered a 14 day "premium" trial but was charged immediately because I selected the "monthly" option. If you just want to book a Padel court, user beware. And in the end, the premium features don't even work properly. Do not waste your money like I have done, even if accidentally. Refund not offered by Playtomic or Google despite flagging immediately. Edit: They've already 'reviewed' it twice and decided to do nothing, so please ignore the response below from the developer.

Poor. Premium app does not work. Cost of booking games is the same as the free app. Premium app often freezes at point of purchase. Only way to gain advisor help is through the chat function which can take hours to get support, in one case it took a wait time of 36hrs only to be told Playtomic support would investigate it......still waiting.
