It's a great app and I did give it a 5 but dropped a point for how long it takes your level to update from a leveling session with a coach. it's been a week now and I asked my coach and they said he had put the level on but now it's up to the playtomic team. I asked the support bot and they said it takes a day or so to appear. what I don't think they realize is I'm putting off booking and can't book a certain events because of this which means they are losing out on booking fees.

The app works well for booking most games, but I really dislike the experience when booking a casual open match. The level slider is frustrating to use and makes it difficult to select the correct level accurately. Would it be possible to replace it with a simple typed input field instead? Also, when booking a competitive match, the range starts correctly at 0.25 below my level, but the upper limit is capped at 7. For example, my available range is 2.46–7.00. This seems excessive.

UPDATED REVIEW After having an initial issue with payment methods, the help function got me sorted. I wasn't able to add a payment but this was as the first time you check out you need to ignore the payment method section, press proceed to pay and then enter the card details. Could have me having a bad day! The app is great and has made getting ans paying for a game a doddle. Must have for any level of padel player...
