Treepz operates a fleet of hundreds of vehicles across Africa with different seating capacities like 8 seaters (Toyota Hiace and Ford Transit), 18 seaters (Toyota Coaster and Mitsubishi Fuso) and 31 seaters. All Treepz buses are clean, air-conditioned, and undergo regular checkups to ensure that you have a first-class experience every day.

I like the buses, they're comfortable. I have an issue with communication, it doesn't show the real-time location of the bus or arrival time. The app can learn from apps like bolt which show this and enable in app chats. I also think it would be great to have a dashboard for ride schedules for each day so riders can prepare themselves.

The UI of the new version looks great. Unfortunately the app is really buggy. A user can't go beyond the welcome screen if GPS in not enabled on users phone. Annoyingly the app doesn't prompt user to turn it on. I had to figure the solution on my own. You guys should really do a proper alpha test before pushing new version to production and users hand. I hope the true estimates of bus as improved as It's not cool waiting for more than 10 minutes for a bus.

First of all, I want to applaud Plentywaka for this initiative, it's a laudable one. However, I have a few complaints. The time it takes to find a bus is extremely frustrating. Even when I check before COB, it's still a struggle. I have to keep refreshing over and over again. I'll advise that at least, I can get a notification once a bus is available. Secondly, please advise the drivers and customer relationship personnels to aid in hastening pickup and drop-off and avoid pitstops. Thank you.
