Nice app but two major problems. Firstly they frozen my account for trying to send to a new white listed address. Why? Its white listed, that's the point, its a safe address. If your account gets frozen for something so simple its bad. secondly, trying to unfreeze the account is very very very slow and hard. You need to submit very specific videos and photos, but they don't tell you if they're OK for days. They refuse to give a time estimate for dealing with it, and just send copy paste reply.

Poloniex 'does the job' as a saving account, but if you want to use the power of crypto this is not the portal to use (desktop or mobile). They offer spot trading and futures, etc, but for example a "spot trade" transaction can take literally days (30-40 hours) which make it impossible to use if you want to take advantage of (e.g) day trading. On top of that, the transactions fees are quite higher than other portals and their customer service is just horrible (only automated emails). So bye-bye!

The app stopped working recently. First of all it stopped showing the values of the order (I could see, that the order was placed, but no numbers are shown). And now it doesn't do anything at all - any action just leads to 'internal error'. I have to use web version to manage my positions. Added: guys, are you going to fix your application or no? I'm able to open the order, but it's impossible to close or manage it. Added. I already have an opened case through support, but nothing changed.
