Will not accept my password. Missed 3 appts. with my oncologist in 18 months. This is just 1 of hundreds of bad reviews. Insurance company's get rid of this app. It doesn't work. The only one benefiting from the app. are the doctors, and the ones who set this company up. Their response is a form letter they send to anyone who sends a response (good or bad). I doubt anyone even reads these patient reviews.

The audio quality with my doctor was horrendous. The conversation kept cutting in and out like in the phone company commercials. Would like to have this available like Zoom or Google Meetings instead of via phone. Will have to wait for the transcript to get all the info conveyed.

The last 2 times have been a total disaster could not connect, Got text messages hit links could not connect. What is wrong with a normal phone conversation? I guess I am just old school..

What's new

The latest enhancement to video meetings and telehealth visits is now available. Users can now view information that is being shared with them via screen-sharing, providing more transparency and efficiency when it comes to patient care.
