Ratings and reviews

The fitness tracking module is useless. Does not sync correctly with your fitness tracking app. My fitness app shows 10,000 steps while this HDFC ERGO app, even after connecting and syncing with my fitness app shows 0 steps. The page load is excruciatingly slow. HDFC ERGO customer care tells you to mail a screenshot of their fitness screen on their app, which shows 0, so you can't avail the discount of 8% on premium payment. So basically that feature of discount is just a marketing gimmick.

Worst experience. I have been trying to login from 4 days using my corporate login details. It is showing something went wrong pls try again even after entering correct details. Both mobile app and website both are not working properly. Website design and performance is still in 1990s. Very bad experience Ill select the half star if able to option. #transformhdfcergo

Fraud company. I have ported my health insurance to a different company and suddenly after 2 years they call me and tell that a bill has generated for last two years as they have some Authorization for auto renewal & something else and if not paid total amount will be deducted from bank account and if there is no money in account a 15 percent interest will be levied on pending dues till as long as they are paid. They didn't give me any alert or mail in last 2years and suddenly they act like this
