SP156: City Hall without leaving home. Or wherever you are!
This number you already know: it's the usual 156, which you probably already called to make a request or complaint to City Hall. But now, as part of implementing the Citizen Service Policy, the SP156 is much more modern, taking orders and offering services straight to your mobile phone.
The new version of the app is lighter and has 10 services that you can order without leaving home or while walking the dog, going to work or school. SP156 uses georeferencing to identify your location and to facilitate the indication of where the service should be provided. You can also take a photo or attach a photo from the gallery by opening a request.
For some services, it is possible to open the request anonymously: simply select the option “Register anonymously” to hide the registration data.
To access the app, you need to access your account. Use the same registration as other channels SP156 or make a new registration quickly, using your email and CPF.
If you do not find the service in the application, request through other channels SP156: Portal SP156 (https://sp156.prefeitura.sp.gov.br/) or Central SP156 (call 156). There are over 950 services available and about 400 of them you can order directly from the Portal. Without leaving home.
