Horrible, horrible experience using this app. Entered password which was detected as incorrect but I know for a fact its right because I WROTE IT DOWN.This was to prevent a forced account reset which happened previously. After the 'incorrect password' error appeared, each attempt to go back failed and was detected as multiple login failures, subsequently locking me out yet again. Now I can't reset and the same 'account already exists' error appears in a loop. Would rate -1000 if I could.

June2026: open app, update required. but no update from google play store. Side loading updates? Level TEMU app. FI paling gagal ORI: Useless app. Email verification FAILED!?! Cust support tells me may take 1 week to resolve, must monitor for app updates!?!?!?!. What kind of financial institution is this? Money changer ke apa? Timeout error on website causes my account to be frozen!?!! YOUR ERROR FREEZES MY ACCOUNT ACCESS!??! GENIUS LEVEL!!! FAIL!!!

Why does it keep saying update the app but there's nothing to update? Even playstore says up to date. hmmmm the page in the app says, "we've got an update" ~ clicked update but it then says update failed, pls try again. killed the app many times, still same
