Very bad first impression with the app, verification took more than a week. Then, my account was suspended bc wrong password even tho I'm using biometric authentication. Tried to reactivate but the page nvr load, had to refresh the page and now the account is permanently deactivated. Need to reopen with a new username. The whole ordeal took few weeks and until now i haven't been able to verfiy my account.

latest version as of: 07 May 2025 The version intermittently fails to display all the deposit payment options. When the TNG option is selected, a small overlay UI appears - without any error msg and prevents me from proceeding.

As of right now, i cant withdraw. The push notification didnt work. I press the notification, and the usual the usual pop up doesnt appear. Even the text/OTP didnt work. It kept loading indefinitely. And when it does send the OTP, it didnt let me go to the next page even after i entered the OTP. But hey, you can deposit money just fine. I can clearly see where the priorities lies here. Good job on that 👍🏽
