I used to love going to the Casino, but since the change, you can easily spend $100 before you get a bonus, and then you win crumbs in said bonus. I used to get free play, gifts, and hotel rooms, but all of that stopped when it switched from MyChoice. I finally stopped playing with my card and won my first jackpot. You can connect your card to the app to download money no charge, but the app glitches all the time.

Sometimes, the gaming app sends my money to a different machine, or access is not working at all! It takes $30- $100 just to receive some play back on these new machines, and I'm not happy at all! As much as I play, you don't even send me any decent offers!!! I had made Preferred player status with My Choice, and the customer service was so much better! I was at least getting some free play and better monthly offers besides $5 !! WHAT CAN I REALLY DO WITH $5???

Just like everyone else, the app is garbage. The app hasn't worked in a couple of months, just locks up as soon as you try to do anything. Doesn't look like they are trying to fix it either. UPDATE: It has gotten better but you have to restart your phone every 3rd or 4th trip to the app.
