Update: when you're going through 20 or more breaths, it would really be nice to have the countdown feature back! It would also be nice to be able to edit or switch your day off each week. You could do that on the old app, although it never worked for me. If the new app is supposed to be "gamified," I'm not sure we're in agreement on what the definition of gamified is. Original: I can still log into the old app, but I cannot log into the new one. Kind of makes it pointless/worthless.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would. The fine folks at PRN recently changed to this new app and it's been nothing but trouble ever since. Basically, virtually all of the helpful old app features have been eliminated . Plus, there is no way to note your progress in your chosen breathing plan; from days/sessions completed to a running count of your breaths during a set/session. Most Maddenly, my rest day keeps changing without my input, despite emails sent to the contrary. find another app

First time using the new app and I'm not very impressed. I prefer the timer of the old app. The scheduling in the new app is not as flexible as in the old app. How can I change my day off to the day I want? Why am I forced to watch the videos? Can't go to the next workout without watching a video. All videos and check-ins should be optional. I thought I just missed it when I did my exercises yesterday, but the user can no longer set inhale and exhale durations.
