Great app Had to work out how to start the session as not the normal touch the icon method but rather drag directionally. Looses connection at bit. Great with all else. Thanks for this app. Also see it tracks your route via phone GPS. Fantastic!!!!
Fantastic it's free and works well. Graphs look really good. But times along bottom scale are all over the place depending on hot long your record session is. It appears that each session fits into a page window and the scale is really random ie numbers don't make much sense at all. Great for hitting target heart range when doing HIIT say but not very good for working out recovery times. Would love a clearer grid with sensible graduation.
I work out at Gym where GPS is not necessary. With this program makes my LG Urbane so exciting. I loves how app tracks heart rate + calories (using the watch) and it integrate into Google Fit which it is super-cool. But it would be perfect if it could detect step counts and also sync to Google Fit. Suggestion for your next release, At the start of program to add dropdown list with option of "Outdoor" or "Indoor". If user select "Indoor", then the app could track steps counts. Anyway, this app deserve 5 stars. Update on 22 June : You are right. Google Fit auto-calculate the steps. This is so perfect. I look forward for more update. Thank you, sir
Almost perfect I have been looking for a way to consolidate from two watches - one smart (Pebble Steel) and one for fitness (Polar M400) - to just one. This app has been a big help in getting me there. I wanted to be able to see calories burned and heart rate on my watch while working out with an app not geared for runners since I do cardio and P90X style workouts at home and don't run. The Android Wear app allows me to see this info on the watch in an always-on fashion while working out and since it syncs with Google Fit as does Polar Flow, it can replace the Polar. Now I just need for it to also sync with MyFitnessPal so I don't have to run two apps on my phone to get one workout in two places (I use Wahoo Fitness to sync with MyFitnessPal since it supports my Tickr HRM via ANT+). Also, the watch screen with calories burned shows average heart rate instead of current. I'd rather have current than max heart rate. Otherwise, fantastic app. 5/26 update based on developer response: I use the Tickr X connected via Bluetooth to your app and SIMULTANEOUSLY to Wahoo Fitness via ANT+. ANT+ allows multiple connections but Bluetooth does not.
Finally found the right app for smartwatch! Finally and thank you! An app that actually utilizes the continuous heart rate monitoring of the smartwatch (currently using LG Urbane) and (hopefully) accurately measures calories burned. One thing I would love to see is my pedometer stats. Heck, that might not be even important as long as I can see my calories burned and heart rate and be able to export stats to Google Fit I'm a satisfied user! Great job and I don't mind paying something premium for this kind of app to help developers continously improve
A brilliant app with a great UI, however its got some serious problems. The heart rate only reads accurately when the screen is on, when its off the heart rate inexplicably sticks at 70bpm. I primarily use the app for more accurately counting calories burned on my home elliptical. I'm using a LG G Watch R running 5.1.1 If you can fix this bug I'd happily give this 5 stars!
