Ratings and reviews

It shows a bunch of shifts, but none of those shifts are actually available; once you actually try to book one it tells you it's unavailable, but the shift remains shown to you as if it is available. This happens even if the shift was posted seconds prior, it's still unavailable. So the bottom line is the app is a waste of time with fake information.

I love having an app with my chosen line of work. The first job I applied to on here hired me! Not saying it's going to be like that for everyone, but it was definitely a highlight. My only knock against the app is its ability to properly display locations in portland area as places in Tigard and beaverton are listed as being in portland. It is slow to load, and sometimes doesn't load notifications at all, could use some maintenance.

When listing work experience, the app requires that the restaurant or establishment is listed on Google maps. I have been working in the industry for almost three decades, and many of the places I have worked are no longer listed on Google maps, or never were. Therefore the app is useless, except to seek out a position, then apply directly through the company who is hiring. But I cannot apply through the Poached app.
