I have spent 30 minutes trying to create a new account. I have tried 7 codes and after the screen says verified nothing happens. When you press the continue button it starts over wanting to send a new verification number. Maybe you guys need to test your app better before releasing it to customers to get frustrated and deleting the app all together!

Completely trash app. Don't install it as it's not worth your time or frustration. You're better off calling tmobile and asking them for help with your internet. Unless you want to spend five hours on hold trying to get them to register you, as previous comments are correct the email code that they send you doesn't work, even the resent email codes don't work either. I don't know about you but I am not trusting a company to help me that can't even get their own app to work.

What a terrible app. One star seems too high. T mobile recommended this app for my new wireless internet, but the app doesn't show any literature for my gateway model. On top of that, whenever I relogin, or reinstall the app, it readds my cell phone, so now my one phone is listed 5 times. And when I try to delete the last 4 entries of it, nothing happens. This is the worst app on my phone.
