Update: I got a call this morning from a supervisor at PocketPills. She changed the autofill times to be 10 days ahead of where they normally are set at. We shall see if this helps!! The app works well. The pricing, communication and customer service is great as well. The only issue is their shipping times. They give you the option to choose a fast delivery method and once chosen it keeps changing to a later date. Good luck getting your medication in time, even when you have autofill on.

Very helpful. Before they send you a new medication they schedule you for a phone call to go over all possible side effects and when to take your medication and if it should be taken with or without food. Prices are very competitive! Since the pandemic I tried to limit my outings as much as possible. I went completely online with my medications!! Super easy to switch your medications over. They also send you a text when your medication is running low so you have a reminder to refill.

Super convenient, and I like how it reminds me to refill my prescriptions, because I tend to leave it to the last minute otherwise. My only criticism is that the delivery can be unorganized. Sometimes it will notify me to expect a delivery between certain hours, and then it arrives earlier than the specified times when I'm not there to receive it, or with very little notice, which isn't great if you're trying to run errands that day.
