Ratings and reviews

I wish I would have known phone support goes away after 1 month. If everything isn't 100% set up, good luck finishing it without having to log into a support session. This is not worth paying for. Just stick with the free version. Support sessions send you to the pre-recorded videos, which, I had already watched, I needed support outside of this. The gal on the call is super helpful though. She gets 5 stars! Support over the app and email is an absolute nightmare.

The only issue I have, and one that is a deal breaker that has led me to leave the app and use software on my own server, is that any client who downloads the PocketSuite app on their device gets full control of their client profile, and you can't change it. This makes it impossible to sign contracts with people using nicknames, and that's a no go for me. Support tells me that I should submit a ticket to have their information changed. I don't have time to do that every time.

I can't say enough about how perfect this app has been for my small business! As a massage therapist who was looking for something out-of-the-box and fit for a small business, PocketSuite definitely fit what I was looking for. To have something that allows me to schedule my clients, send automatic reminders, take credit card payments, keep notes, send forms, and do mass texts for specials (at a small additional charge), has allowed me to streamline everything I need to run my business!
