Works great, looks like the freezing on taking a single photo is now fixed, awesome. Some connection issues but persistence was what got me there in the end, a bit of strangeness with renaming the Podo but managed to sort it out. To polish this off nicely a battery indicator of some sort would be great, particularly while charging, maybe utilize the double tap and the LED's to show the charge level (if it's possible with the hardware). Other than that though I'm pretty happy, finally able to take some family pics
A little buggy but to be expected I've already made some great time lapses with this camera. The app takes some time to navigate through the bugs, but overall I'm very satisfied. Can't wait to see how this app improves over time.
The user interface is not intuitive at all. I've renamed my podos, but when I connect it is the devices internal name I see. I find it quite bizarre that I have to connect to the podo with a computer to get the videos or time-lapse stills from the device. Surely these could also be pulled down to the hand held and edited by another app on the phone? This feels like it has a long way to go... I wouldn't want to be hanging the to my kids to use, as was the original intention I had when I purchased them for my Christmas delivery, which arrived in February...
However much I try, it won't save videos.. As this was the main reason I bought the podo in the first place, it's pretty useless to me..
After every photo it hangs. Still does after the update. Awesome.
Won't connect at all now.
Fix an issue that caused taking photos to freeze
Better warning if required permissions are disabled (known issue - warning occurs the first time even if permissions are enabled)
Add option to completely turn off Podo’s Bluetooth until connected to power
Several Booth mode improvements (no stretching, easier zoom, better orientation handling)
A few connection and functionality improvements
